Pathway for Moves

To minimise the stress of moving as much as possible for incoming or outgoing residents the information below outlines the requirements for moving in or out at Tip-Top. Initially moves will be booked by phone or email due to the large number being accommodated as part of the settlement process.

All moves must be pre booked with the Building Manager. Moves can be booked Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm.  Booking Times are available 8.00-12.00pm , 12.00-4.00pm

During the initial 3 months of settlement, extra move times have been added to help manage the increased volume. This period commences from date of first settlements. The move in/move out guidelines can be downloaded by clicking the link below:

Guidelines for residents moving in or vacating

Moves should be booked with the Building Manager at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that the required booking time is available. The more time you can allow when making a booking the more likely your preferred time can be accommodated.

A removalist must supply copies of current public liability insurance to the manager or nominated representative prior to the move commencing.

Occupiers who are moving themselves in or out are liable for any damages caused during the course of the move.

A move indemnity form (Tip Top – Owners Corporation Moves Indemnity Form) must be completed with the Building Manager or nominated representative prior to the move commencing and at the conclusion.

If an occupier and/or removalist will not complete and sign the form the move will not proceed.
